The bachelor’s degree programme 60110200 – “Preschool Education” is implemented in full-time and part-time modes, with a standard duration of three years for full-time study, and is aimed at training specialists who possess modern pedagogical knowledge, skills, and competencies for the preschool education system; graduates are qualified to work as preschool teachers, deputy directors or directors in state, non-state, family-based and public–private partnership preschool institutions, junior research fellows in research institutes, as well as heads of cabinets in educational institutions; the curriculum includes courses in child psychology, pedagogy of early and preschool age children, methodology of speech development, methodology of visual and musical activities, inclusive education, and the formation of elementary mathematical concepts, while qualification internships ensure the consolidation of theoretical knowledge and the formation of professional skills, and upon completion graduates are awarded the qualification “Pedagogue and Methodologist of a Preschool Education Institution.”
