Based on the qualification requirements of the Bachelor’s degree program in History (60220300), this field of study is aimed at training bachelor specialists who have a deep mastery of the theoretical and practical foundations of historical science, are capable of scientifically analyzing historical processes, have systematically studied national and world history, and are able to carry out teaching and research activities using modern pedagogical and information technologies. Graduates may work as history teachers in general secondary, secondary specialized and vocational education institutions, as well as specialists in research institutes, archives, museums, cultural heritage institutions, and governmental and non-governmental organizations. They are expected to possess competencies in analyzing historical sources, drawing scientific conclusions, organizing educational and outreach activities, and educating young people on the basis of the ideas of national independence and universal human values.
