Based on the qualification requirements of the Bachelor’s degree program in Chemistry (60530100), this field of study is aimed at training bachelor specialists who have a deep mastery of the theoretical and practical foundations of chemical science, are able to scientifically analyze the composition, structure, properties, and transformation laws of substances, and are capable of carrying out educational, research, and production activities using modern laboratory methods and information technologies. Graduates may work as chemistry teachers in general secondary, secondary specialized, and vocational education institutions, as well as specialists in research institutes, chemical laboratories, industrial enterprises, and organizations in the fields of ecology, pharmacy, oil and gas, food industry, and materials science. They are expected to possess the necessary competencies to analyze chemical processes, conduct experiments, organize laboratory work, draw scientific conclusions, and comply with environmental protection and occupational safety requirements.
