


A meaningful meeting and comprehensive familiarization event were organized at the Faculty of Physical Education of the Bukhara State Pedagogical Institute (BSPI), led by the institute’s rector, Bahodir Mamurov, and attended by the head of the Bukhara Regional Sports Department, Utkir Najmiddinov, and representatives of various sports federations in the Bukhara region.
As part of this process, a memorandum of cooperation was signed with 20 sports federations in the Bukhara region. This has created broad opportunities for organizing joint projects, competitions, and sports events at a high level, as well as for identifying talented athletes and guiding them toward professional sports. During the visit, the guests became closely acquainted with the modern sports infrastructure established at the faculty. In particular, the basketball, football, handball, tennis, rugby, and volleyball courts, along with their technical condition and the convenient facilities created for students, were thoroughly inspected. The compliance of the sports facilities with modern requirements and the opportunities provided for the physical development of youth and professional sports training were particularly noted.
In addition, the guests visited the Information Resource Center and student dormitories located on the faculty grounds, highly commending the conditions created there, as well as the convenience of the educational and living environment.
The guests also visited other parts of the institute, familiarizing themselves with the extensive opportunities for students, the modern educational process, and the activities of the information resource centers. This further demonstrated that the quality of education and the attention given to students at this higher education institution are at a high level.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the parties signed an important Memorandum of Cooperation aimed at developing mutual collaboration in the field of sports, supporting talented youth, promoting mass sports, and effectively utilizing modern infrastructure. This agreement creates a solid foundation for organizing joint projects, competitions, and sports events at a high level in the future.
