"Student Run" Marathon 2026

The "Student Run" marathon, aimed at promoting a healthy lifestyle among youth, was organized at a high level in the city of Bukhara. Along with students from higher education institutions, professors, teachers, and staff actively participated in this sporting event.
During the marathon, participants covered a distance of 3 kilometers, demonstrating their physical fitness, endurance, and interest in sports. The competition took place in high spirits, and winners were determined among men and women, as well as across participating institutions and organizations.
According to the results
Among male students, Shahriyor Bozorov, a student of the Faculty of Physical Culture, won 1st place.
Among female students, Dinora Ismatullayeva, a student of the Faculty of Physical Culture, took 1st place.
The primary goal of this marathon is to widely promote a healthy lifestyle among the population, especially student youth, to encourage them to engage in regular sports activities, and to increase physical activity.
