Regarding the reports concerning the collection of explanatory letters from employees of the Bukhara State Pedagogical Institute for non-participation in physical training activities, we hereby state the following:
Activities organized at the institute are aimed at supporting a healthy lifestyle for our staff and are recommendatory in nature. The request for explanatory letters is not mandatory but may occur in certain instances within the framework of organizational discipline. This process is conducted in accordance with labor legislation and internal regulations.
Any form of coercion is unacceptable. Should such cases be observed, we request that you contact the relevant authorities in the prescribed manner.
