Best practices in working with women were studied

🇺🇿 The third season of professional development courses in the field of “Developing the professional competencies of the chairpersons of women's advisory councils” was held at the Institute for Retraining and Advanced Training of Personnel of the Higher Education System.

👍 Along with the chairpersons of the women's advisory councils of nearly 60 higher education institutions of our republic, Vazira Ismatovna Sadullayeva, chairperson of the Advisory Council on Women's Affairs of Bukhara State Pedagogical Institute, also took an active part in these courses.

📕 During the training sessions, the participants further strengthened their knowledge and skills in supporting women, ensuring gender equality, working effectively with female students, providing psychological support, preventing pressure and violence, and the practical mechanisms in this area. In addition, the experience-exchange meetings organized at the Senate of the Oliy Majlis, the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis, the Committee on Family and Women, and Tashkent State Transport University were of great importance in enhancing the participants' professional potential and studying best practices.
