🏆 Support programs worth 6 million US dollars have been announced for startups

Starting from 1 July 2026, the acceptance of applications has begun for the “President Tech Award” competition for technological startups in Uzbekistan, as well as the “President AI Award” competition for innovative projects in the field of artificial intelligence.

The total award and investment fund of the “President Tech Award” competition amounts to 5 million US dollars. Within this competition, it is planned to support up to 70 startup teams.

In addition, the “President AI Award” competition has been organized for startups developing solutions based on artificial intelligence, and projects are accepted in the following five priority areas:

⚫️ public administration;
⚫️ industry and business;
⚫️ healthcare;
⚫️ education;
⚫️ green economy and agro-technologies.

Teams of 3–8 members consisting of participants over 18 years of age may take part in the competition. Along with citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan, stateless persons permanently residing in the territory of the country are also entitled to participate.

The total investment fund of the “President AI Award” competition amounts to 1 million US dollars. Three winning projects will be identified in each area, and a total of 15 startups will have the opportunity to attract investment.
