📣 Dear staff of preschool education institutions!

✅ In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 5 February 2026 “On measures to further improve the system of preschool education and upbringing”:

➖ Starting from the 2026-2027 academic year, the training of bachelors in the preschool education field of pedagogical higher education institutions will be carried out under the dual education format (1+5).

➖ We remind you: the registration processes for applicants for the 2026-2027 academic year (first stage) are ongoing (until 25 June of the current year).

🔹Staff with secondary specialized education who have been engaged in pedagogical activity (for at least three years) in state and non-state preschool education institutions may register, in accordance with the current procedure, through the Unified Interactive State Services Portal or the my.uzbmb.uz website of the Agency for the Assessment of Knowledge and Skills.

👉 The main subjects for the test should be selected in the following order:

➖ First subject — Biology;
➖ Second subject — Native language and literature.

⏰ For information: pedagogical personnel are admitted to the bachelor’s degree of higher education institutions (dual education) on the basis of test examinations conducted in accordance with the current procedure.
