BSPI Signs Cooperation Memoranda with Leading Universities of Azerbaijan

Within the framework of the II Forum of Rectors of Higher Education Institutions of Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan, memoranda of cooperation were signed between Bukhara State Pedagogical Institute and a number of prestigious higher education institutions of Azerbaijan.

In particular, Rector of Bukhara State Pedagogical Institute Bahodir Mamurov signed cooperation memoranda with Anar Naghiyev, Rector of Baku Slavic University; Elchin Babayev, Rector of Baku State University; and Professor Jafar Jafarov, Rector of Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University.

These agreements are of great importance for strengthening scientific and educational ties between the higher education institutions of the two countries, improving the quality of education, and taking international academic cooperation to a new level.

The memoranda envisage new opportunities for developing joint educational programs, implementing research projects, expanding the academic mobility of faculty members and students, sharing experience, and introducing advanced pedagogical approaches into the educational process.

Furthermore, these partnerships will contribute to implementing promising initiatives in education and science, enhancing research capacity, and improving the modern learning environment through the study of international best practices.

These steps taken by BSPI to expand the geography of its international cooperation are aimed at strengthening the institute’s standing in the international academic arena, developing mutually beneficial relations, and further deepening cooperation between Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan in the fields of education and science.
