KPI monitoring is consistently continuing

👍 At Bukhara State Pedagogical Institute, on the basis of the approved schedule, monitoring work on studying the state of fulfillment of the KPI (key performance indicators) of professors and teachers is consistently continuing.

➡️ At the next stage of the monitoring, under the leadership of the institute's rector, Professor Baxodir Ma'murov, a meeting was held with the professors and teachers of the Preschool Education, Primary Education, and Preschool and Primary Education Pedagogy departments of the Faculty of Preschool and Primary Education. It was attended by the institute's administration, vice-rectors, department heads and responsible staff.

📊 During the meeting, the results of the educational, educational-methodological, scientific, international and organizational activities of the professors and teachers during the 2025/2026 academic year, as well as during the past six months of 2026, were analyzed in detail on the basis of the established KPI criteria. This monitoring serves to objectively assess the activities of professors and teachers, improve the quality of education and scientific activity, strengthen labor discipline, and further develop an environment of healthy competition and productivity at the institute.
