The effectiveness of professors' and teachers' work is being monitored on the basis of KPI criteria

👍 At Bukhara State Pedagogical Institute, monitoring work is under way to study the state of fulfilment of the KPIs (key performance indicators) of professors and teachers on the basis of an approved schedule. The rector of the institute, Bahodir Ma'murov, held a meeting with the professors and teachers of the departments of Uzbek Language and Literature, Russian Language and Literature, English Language and Literature, and Methodology of Teaching Foreign Languages of the Faculty of Languages. It was attended by the institute's administration, vice-rectors, department heads and responsible staff.

📈 During the monitoring, the following aspects of the professors' and teachers' work during the 2025/2026 academic year and the past six months of 2026:
➡️ teaching and teaching-methodological activity
➡️ scientific works
➡️ results in international cooperation
➡️ organizational activity
are being comprehensively analysed on the basis of KPI criteria.

📌This process serves to improve the quality of education and scientific activity, strengthen labour discipline, objectively assess the work of professors and teachers, and form an environment of healthy competition at the institute.

✅ Based on the results of the monitoring, the work of each professor and teacher is analysed individually, and practical recommendations are provided for further developing their professional potential.
